3. Products and Pricing

• Maviamo exclusively offers products crafted by artisans, including home décor, utility items, and art forms from across India.

• Product descriptions and images are provided to assist you in making informed purchasing decisions. However, due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), with options for currency conversion to USD and other supported currencies.

• Prices may or may not include applicable taxes. If taxes are not included, they will be added at checkout and displayed transparently.

• We reserve the right to modify product prices, availability, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. Your order will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed, and you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

• Payment options include credit/debit cards, net banking, and other secure online payment methods. For customers in India, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most serviceable pin codes. If COD is unavailable for a particular location, the option will not appear during checkout.

• All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. Maviamo does not store your payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Maviamo ships its products across India and internationally. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

• Estimated delivery timelines vary based on the destination and product availability. We strive to deliver your order within the specified time; however, delays due to external factors such as courier issues or customs processing are beyond our control.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Maviamo offers a no-questions-asked return policy for all products unless otherwise specified.

  • Exceptions: Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.

• To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and labels intact.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please note that shipping costs for returns may apply unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
